When Gavin is old enough, one of the countries I want to show him is France. Below is a picture of the Arch de Triomphe which is located at one end of the Champs D’Elysees in Paris. This picture belongs to a thousand piece puzzle I did called “36 Cities to See Before You Die“. It’s taken from the book “1000 Places to Visit Before Your Die“.
The Champs D’Elysees is a famous street in Paris, also touted as “the most beautiful avenue in the world”. The Arch de Triomphe is located at one end of the the Champs D’Elysees, and I believe the Louvre is also located along this stretch. Ever since I read and watched “The Da Vinci Code”, I’ve been quite fascinated with the idea of visiting the Louvre - even though I’m not particularly an art buff.
